We talked about many superstitions in many countries, but do you think it is important to talk about them? Why?
Is communication affected by superstitions?
Do you believe in Japanese superstitions?
If so, what superstitions, what do they mean and why do you do,use, or believe in them?

I think it is not important to talk about them.
Because It is different by each country.
And, there is not an opportunity to speak about the superstition with someone.

And , I don't believe in Japanese supersutition.
There are many superstitions in Japan.
For example, when we visit to the hospital, we don't bring container-grow plant.
This means prolong hospitalization.
It may be done the reality if I believe a superstition.

Question
How is your daily life affected by buddism? What do you do and why do you do it?

I think our mind are affected by buddism, for example if I do something wrong (kind of put the bad mouth on my friends), I would be punished.I think that all these worlds are connected. Therefore, we have to do a good deed. If we do a bad thing, the reward of the bad thing will certainly come to us.

But, recently it is hard to make out which is the girls name or boy's name. For example, "Kaoru" , "Urara" means both names. My friend's child name is "Urara". I thought that Urara may be girls name when I heard for the first time. But, Urara is boy... So, it is hard to make out which is the girls name or boy's name.

I studied Islam

Yesterday(5/7), I studied Islam.
Before I study Islam, I thought that Islam is very scary. But I studied Islam, my opinion and ideas about Islam changed.

When I went to America to study English, I had a Muslim friends. They are men. They are from Saudi Arabia. When I heard Ramadhan from them, I was a big surprise. I thought that I can't that. Because, I like to eat food!!!!!!

anyway, I thought that yesterday's lesson was great!!!!
thank you so much

Islam

I think that my image about Islam is terrific.

"ISLAM" is derived from the Arabic root salaama peace, purity, submission and obedience. In the religious sense, Islam means submission to the will of God and obedience to His law. Everything and every phenomenon in the world, other than man and jinn is administered totally by God-made laws, they are obedient to God and submissive to His laws, i.e. they are in the state of Islam. Man possesses the quality of intelligence and choice, thus he is invited to submit to the good will of God and obey His law, i.e. become a Muslim. Submission to the good will of God, together with obedience to His beneficial law, i.e. becoming a Muslim, is the best safeguard for man's peace and harmony. Islam dates back to the age of Adam and its message has been conveyed to man by God's Prophets and Messengers including Abraham, Moses, Jesus and Muhammad. Islam's messagehas been restored and enforced in the last stage of the religious evolution by God's last Prophet and Messenger Muhammad The word ALLAH in the Arabic language means God, or more accurately The One and Only Eternal God, Creator of the Universe, Lord of all lords, King of all kings, Most Compassionate, Most Merciful. The word Allah to mean God is also used by Arabic speaking Jews and Christians.

ISLAM.....is not a new religion, but the same truth that God revealed through all His prophets to every people. For a fifth of the world's population, Islam is both a religion and a complete way of life. Muslims follow a religion of peace, mercy, and forgiveness, and the majority have nothing to do with the extremely grave events which have come to be associated with their faith. Muslims believe in OneUnique, Incomparable God; in the Angels created by Him; in the prophets through whom His revelations were brought to mankind; in the Day of Judgement and individual accountability for actions; in God's complete authority over human destiny and in life after death.

Muslims believe in a chain of prophets starting with Adam and including Idris (Enoch), Noah, Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Ayyub (Job), Hud, Lot, El-Yasa' (Elijah), Moses, Aaron, Ilyas, Thu'l-kifl (Ezekiel), Shu'aib, Salih, David, Solomon, Elias, Zachariah, Jonah, John the Baptist, and Jesus, peace be upon them. But God's final message to man, a reconfirmation of the eternal message and a summing-up of all that has gone before was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) through Ange Gabriel.

this is my oppinion. and this is summary.

buddism

I think that buddism is so difficult.

how about you?? everyone??

but, I was happy that I knew about buddism.
